The Civil Division of Municipal Court handles cases in which the amount of money in dispute does not exceed $15,000.00. Complaints involving landlord tenant disputes, evictions, rents, escrows, garnishes, and appeals to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles are filed with this division. The clerk's office provides assistance to citizens in the filing of small claims (less than $3,000.00) by furnishing forms and instructional material.

Operating hours:
The clerk's office is open 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except for holidays.
