The above fees include a $25.00 execution fee.

for renewal of a passport by mail. Execution fee is waived.
Expedited
or "fast" passport service requires an additional $60.00
fee. Overnight delivery is available upon request and payment
of postal fees.
Please
note: Application fees which are paid in cash will cause
a delay in processing your application. Checks or money orders
for application fees should be made payable to the United States
Department of State. Checks or money orders for execution fees
should be made payable to Clermont County Clerk of Courts. (Execution
fees may also be paid in cash.) Application fees and execution
fees cannot be combined into one check.
